II. Explanation:

In this contract the phrase "service" refers to the services given by the TELERAKTÉR LTD (Servicing Ltd), the "User" phrase refers to the customer, the transporter and the deliverer, the "Agreement" phrase refers to the contract established with the Service enterprise.

III. The article of the contract

This service is an internet forum by placing your advertisement the communication among the users and transporters, deliverers will become an information market by the help of the www.telerakter.hu internet site (website) where one can search for and place advertisements for free vehicles, warehouses... As a consequence of the service the Service enterprise does not take part in any form in the preparation of the contracts, in the representation of the parties (that is to say transporters/deliverers) or in the fulfil of the contracts. Using the service by any users does not mean that a contact between the user and the transporter has been established.

Service enterpriser guarantees both the customer and the transporter advertising area on the Webpage. This area can be compiled after entering the page by giving the customer's user name and password.

Representation opportunities of the user:

• Demonstration message, logo of the company, prices, messages, offers
• Sending business offers to the companies in the database of the website
• Accepting the business offers from the companies in the database to the customer
• Demonstrating the data, services and products of the customer's on the website.

IV. The rights and the responsibilities of the Users

The service for the registered transporters and for those who place an advertismenet is free for unlimited time. In case of using the page must be paid every registered used on the main page of the Teleraktér will be sent an announcement. If for using the page must be paid the transporter has the right for using the page after registration and after paying the fee given in the pricechart. In case of compensation for the page placing the advertisements is still free.

2. For the legality of the content of the texts and pictures published by the users the only responsible is the user.
3. Registration is needed for searching.
4. Forbidden for all the users:

• Using obscene words or phrases, slander others, using such phrases which hurt others' self-respect, honour.;
  
• Demonstrating pictures of nude or pornographic themes;
  
• Encouragement of any illegal or wrongful acts;
  
• Disturbing the Service or the servers, systems connected to the Service or cancelling advertisements or links connected to other services by publishing "letter rubish", spamek, "chainletters" or other unwelcomed e-mails;
  
• Demonstrating any political or religious messages;
  
• Using any kind of picture, sound, phrase or words which are against the law or against the good moral of everyday life;
  
• Any such unlawful or unethical action will cause the debarration of the webpage without paying the registration fee back.

V. The rights and responsibilities of the servicing enterprise

• Service entrepriser is bound to ensure the service continuously for those users who are registered and paying fees according to the agreement, the only exception is if it is forced to suspend the service because of a virus attack, a hacker attack or losing data which cannot be attributable to the Service enterpriser.

VI. Paying the servicing fee

The service is free for the registered transporters for unlimited time.
In case of becoming the page fee bound every registered user will get a note on the main page of the Telerakter in advance. Our company will send the fee of the chosen service to your bank acount. In this case after arriving the given amount to our bank account your service will be activated and the bill will be send by post or on an electronic way.

The transporter can use the service until the payment of the servicing fee (seen in the price chart) and expired date of the service. Registered transporters can search free but the contact data can be get only after paying the fee. Users cannot give any contact in any way in the free search menus. In this case they will be excluded.

VII. Legal protection

Users take notice that the items of the system are the possessions of the Service enterprise, including the graphical outlay of the system, its name, its logo and its slogan, too.

The user admits and accepts that the published contents during the given services - that is to say texts, photos, graphics, the outlay of the pages, the designs and any other materials - are under the protection of the copyright, the laws about the trade-marks of goods- and services, the patent specifications and the regulation of the proprietary rights.
The user admits and accepts that these materials can be used according to the conditions given by the Service enterpriser. And without a given permission these data and information cannot be copied, reproduced, sent, spread or used for other projects.
The user admits and accepts that the Service enterpriser can publish pictures and texts on the servicing page any time.

VIII. Legal dispute

The users accepts that in case of any legal dispute with the Service enterpriser they try to settle it in a peaceful way. If this does not have any results they can get absolute help from the Court of Budapest XVIII-XIX. district, or depending from the sphere of the authority the competence of the Metropolitan Court.
