(address: Budapest, 1182 Kossuth Lajos u. 211/B, registration number: 01-09-948397, registered by the Municipal Court as Court of Registration) as Datahandler, below Datahandler.

I state, that my data are given volunteerly those are the truth and I engage myself to report any changes happened in my data in advance to the Datahandler or I change them myself in the appropriate point of the menu.

I take notice that I can get information about handling my data, I can ask the cancellation, the changing of my data, and besides these I have the righ of protesting as well as the enforcing my rights on the court.

Datahandler states that the information - set below - given by the users will be handled as regulated by the law, the given data will be used only for the aims written in this statement and passes on only reaching these aims.

Giving information on the internet is not 100% safe although, our company does everything for the protection of the information you have given to us. Meanwhile you have to make yourself safe in case of illegal entering your postbox to make your password protected. It may happen that our website gives a link to our webpage. Our company is not responsible for the regulations made in the protection of data of the website reached this way as well as for the data got out of the system by attacks made by hackers. Not all of these data are obligatory to be given. We do not ask for such data from our registered customers/parties to which we could not get in public. By using the website we could ask for further information from you.

We do not pass on any information (only if the customer after registration asks us in the given e-mail address by sending us an e-mail).

• In exception of the details given above we never pass on to illegal persons the data and the contact of the customers, users, only if we are obliged by the law or summon.
  
  

Service enterprise has the right to check its registered customers, users by using the given data in order to avoid fake and untrue data given in good faith. Beside the checking the service enterprise cannot take responsibility. Futhermore, service enterprise has the right to cancel your registration in case of any problems or unsuccessfull data checking.
